Future Leaders Program: training the Leaders of tomorrow

In an increasingly competitive business world, training the leaders of tomorrow plays a crucial role in the success of any organisation. As part of its commitment to promoting the development of human capital in harmony with the values of the Angelini Industries group, Angelini Academy presents the Future Leaders Program, designed to identify and cultivate young talents intended to hold key managerial roles in just 12 months.

The Future Leaders Program is an ambitious integrated training and professional development project addressed to young, talented professionals with 3-5 years’ work experience. 

Designed in partnership with SDA Bocconi and with a vision focusing on key skills, this innovative program is delivered in the English language and combines training modules delivered at the Milan and Rome premises of SDA Bocconi with practical work appointments in the companies of the group. 

The third edition of the program began in January 2024 with an onboarding session held at Casa Angelini in Rome, presenting the Group identity and mission to the participants, as a sign of Angelini Academy’s tangible commitment to cultivating talent and developing the leaders of tomorrow.

The Future Leaders Program has already witnessed the growth of talents who today cover key roles in Angelini Industries.
